Understanding Procedural Pages:
Understanding Procedural Pages is a one-day course that covers
all of the standard procedural page allowances found on estimates
today. These items include everything from seam-sealer to weld-through primer. The total procedural page items setup in most
estimating systems add up to over $1600 making this an area that no carrier can
afford to overlook. Students are shown the different applications in
an instructional format and then allowed to apply the concepts
learned in a
simulated environment. At the end of this course, the student will
be able to identify all of the major procedural page items, describe
their use and make appropriate allowances.
This course has a minimum class size of 12 and a maximum of
18. The cost for this course is $139 per student.

Understanding Vehicle Construction:
Understanding Vehicle Construction is a one-day course that
covers the basic construction of uni-body and full-frame vehicles.
The course is designed for entry-level appraisers and front-end
claim handlers that need to improve their overall understanding of
vehicle construction and part nomenclature. At the end of this
course, the student will be able to identify all of the major parts
of a vehicle, their function and apply this knowledge directly when
returning to work.
This course has a minimum class size of 12 and a maximum of
18. The cost for this course is $119 per student.

Frame Analysis for Estimating:
Frame Analysis for Estimating is a one-day course designed to
improve frame damage identification and proper description as
it is coded on an appraisal. To conduct this course, arrangements
need to made at a local salvage yard with ample meeting space and
the ability to walk the salvage yard. At the end of this course, the
student will be able to describe the most common frame damage
conditions experienced in vehicle collisions today and make the
appropriate allowances for a safe and proper repair.
This course has a minimum class size of 8 and a maximum of 12.
The cost for this course is $149 per student.

Steering and Suspension: Steering and Suspension is
a one-day seminar designed to improve an appraiser's ability to
identify damage suspension components. This course will teach an
appraiser how to isolate suspension damage using basic tools. At the
end of this course, the student will be able to identify all of the
major parts to uni-body and full-frame
vehicles, be able to isolate damage and make the appropriate
allowances.
This course has a minimum class size of 8 and a maximum of 12.
The cost for this course is $149 per student.

Customer Service: Customer Service
is a one-day training class designed for auto damage appraisers and
front-end claim handlers. This upbeat training class discusses
strategies for handling upset customers using scenario
based examples. Students will learn the difference between positive
and negative triggers and work in teams to help resolve
customer service breakdowns. At the end of this course, the
student will be able to initiate strategies that will enable them to
identify customer service breakdowns and resolve them
independently.
This course has a minimum class size of 16 and a maximum
of 24. The cost for this course is $99 per student.
